关于高校家庭经济困难学生资格认定工作的若干思考与实践——以沙洲职业工学院为例

Reflections and Practice on the Accreditation of Povertystricken College Students: A Case Study on Shazhou Professional Institute of Technology

文章通过分析目前高校家庭经济困难学生资格认定过程中存在的资格认定难、班级评议成效不明显、资助金额确定受主观因素制约大等问题,提出相应的解决措施:建立院资助学生管理队伍、进行问卷调查、建立起定期资助为主、临时补助为辅、有偿资助与无偿资助相结合的资助体系等。

This paper first analyzed the current problems existing in the accreditation of poverty-stricken college students, such as difficult accreditation, low efficiency of class evaluation, the amount of funding limited by subjective factors, and then proposed corresponding solutions, such as establishing a management team for students＇ financial aid aided,carrying out question-naire survey, and constructing an aid system with regular aiding as the principal part, temporary aiding as the complement, and the combination of compensable aid and aid without repayment.
