高等师范院校就业指导工作实效性对策研究

On the Effective Countermeasures of Employment Guidance in Teachers' Colleges and Universities

大学生的就业问题一直是国家和社会关注的热点。现行的就业指导工作为我国经济社会发展培养了大量的优秀人才,推动了我国生产力的进步与发展。但不可否认我国高校就业指导工作在与市场需求的对接、指导内容、指导模式、指导机构与队伍建设等方面还存在需要改进的地方,文章拟从以上方面入手,提出改善我国师范类院校就业指导工作的建议和对策。

The problem of employment of college students has been the focus of the country and society. A large number of out-standing talents have been cultivated under the current employ-ment guidance, and China＇s productivity has been improved as well. However, it cannot be denied that employment guidance in teachers＇ colleges and universities can be done better in meeting the market demand, enriching guidance content, creating guid-ance mode, establishing guidance institution, constructing pro-fessional team, etc., based on which this essay puts forward sug-gestions and countermeasures to promote the work of employment guidance in teachers＇ colleges and universities.
