摘要 以数控铣床主轴系统为研究对象,应用UG对其进行三维建模。ADAMS构建多刚体虚拟样机模型,引入Hertz接触理论,对啮合齿轮进行动态仿真和齿面接触应力分析。在ANSYS中进行主轴的静力学分析,在主轴系统刚体受力分析的基础上,将主轴系统转为柔性体,在ADAMS中计算主轴系统前18阶模态,建立主轴系统的柔性体虚拟样机模型。计算齿轮的刚柔耦合的啮合力,与刚体受力进行比较后发现结果偏差不大,同时ANSYS对主轴进行了动力学分析,找出其结构薄弱环节。 A solid model is built by using UG taking the spindle system of NC milling machine as a study object in this paper. Then the rigid model of the virtual prototype is created by ADAMS. The dynamic simulations and analysis of contact stress of gear meshing are achieved with the theory of Hertz. The static analysis of spindle is done in ANSYS. Spindle system is changed to the flexible model based on study of rigid dynamics, moreover, a flexible virtual prototype is established with the first 18 modules are calculated in ADAMS. It is found that the result is basically consistent after the rigid-flexible coupled engaging force of the gears are computed and compared with the rigid model. The dynamic analysis of spindle is preformed in order to search the weak structure in ANSYS
