摘要
通过分析目前变电站所冲洗设备存在的问题,设计了一种基于PLC控制,可自动实现路线规划及避障、安全绝缘电阻感应以及绝缘子识别与定位的智能水冲洗机器人,解决了现有冲洗设备冲洗不便,存在较大安全隐患等问题。简要介绍了绝缘子水冲洗机器人设计基本参数,重点对机器人的底盘结构设计和水炮系统结构设计进行了研究,并分析了机器人冲洗稳定性。
