摘要
应用可见光光谱分析技术,进行装饰纸表面视觉特征的快速分类,探讨此技术代替传统人工目测评定和测色仪评定方法的可行性。对6类装饰纸的可见光光谱数据进行建模,并比较光谱预处理的影响。结果表明:利用原始光谱对装饰纸进行分类,判别正确率达93%~100%;光谱经多元散射校正和标准正态变量校正预处理后,正确率进一步提高至97%~100%。
A method of visible spectroscopy analysis technology was used to evaluate the visualcharacteristics on the surface of decorative paper in order to explore the feasibility of visiblespectroscopy instead of traditional human's visual assessment and instrument measurement to classify decorative paper. The classification models were established by visible spectroscopy data from six types of decorative paper using the methods of partial least squares discriminant analysis (PLS-DA), and the classification accuracy derived from different spectral pretreatment methods were compared. The results showed that the classification accuracy based on raw spectra was 93 ~100%. The accuracy using multiplicative scatter correction (MSC) and standard normalized variate (SNV) pretreated spectra was up to 97%~100%.
