Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment of Rectal Prolapse by Sphincter Tightening

目的 探讨直肠脱垂患者浅层括约肌缩紧术治疗。方法 对临床20例直肠脱垂患者行部分浅层括约肌缩紧术治疗资料分析。结果 经治疗住院5-10 d,痊愈20例,显效1例,总有效率100%。术后无复发、直肠狭窄及排便障碍。结论 可纠正因反复直肠脱垂而引起的肛门括约肌松弛、肛门失禁。收到了非常满意的疗效。

Objective The treatment of shalow sphincter tightening surgery of the patients with rectal prolapse is to be investigated.Methods The treatment data of shalow sphincter tightening surgery of 20 clinical cases of the patients with rectal prolapse were analyzed.Results After the treatment during the hospital stay of 5 to 10 days, 20 cases are cured with 1 case with significant effect and effective rate of 100%. After surgery, there is no recurrence, rectal stenosis and defecation disorders.Conclusion Relaxation of anal sphincter and anal incontinence caused by recurrent rectal prolapse can be corrected, which has achieved a satisfactory effect.
