摘要
目的分析陇南市疾病预防控制中心组织与人员现状,为人才引进、人才培养、人力资源的合理配置提供科学依据。方法通过查阅2014年陇南市疾病预防控制中心工作人员基本信息,对人员从事专业、年龄、职称、学历等构成情况进行了分析。结果陇南市疾控中心人员年龄梯度及性别构成正常;缺乏高学历人才,各级职称人员比例未达到国家规定,尤其是高级职称人员比例过小,无职称人员比例偏高;公共卫生、卫生检验技术人员缺乏,管理和工勤技能人员比例过大。结论陇南市疾控中心人力资源总量严重不足,整体素质不高,结构不合理,疾病预防控制体系建设明显滞后社会发展的需求。
ObjectiveAnalysis of longnan municipal center for disease control and prevention organizations and personnel status quo, for talent introduction, personnel training, provide a scientific basis for the rational allocation of human resources.Methods By looking at 2014 longnan municipal center for disease control and prevention staff basic information, the personnel engaged in professional, age, job title, qualifications, etc are analyzed.Results Longnan city CDC researchers age gradient and sex is normal; Lack of highly educated talents, proportion of title personnel at al levels do not meet the provisions of the state, especialy the proportion of senior professional titles is too smal, no title personnel proportion is on the high side; Public health, lack of sanitary inspection and technical personnel, management skils and those logistics personnel proportion is too large.Conclusion Longnan municipal center for disease control to a serious shortage of human resources, the overal quality is not high, the structure is unreasonable, disease prevention and control system construction obviously lag behind the demand of social development.
