摘要
目的针对医学类院校教学管理的特点,建构教学评价标准。方法从医学生视角分析现有评价体系对于医学类院校适用时的缺陷;关注于医学类院校教学过程的独特性。结果以教师评价为切入点,构建适合医学类院校学生和教师共同发展的教学评价体系。结论构建符合医学院校特点的形式多元、手段多样的医学类院校教学评价体系。
According to the characteristics of the teaching management in medical coleges, this paper constructs scientific, reasonable, comprehensive, efective teaching evaluation standard. Basing on the teaching evaluation results in recent three years for The H Institute in Henan, This article uses the teacher evaluation as the breakthrough point, constructs a teaching evaluation system suiting for the common development of medical institutes’ students and teachers. This paper constructs the medical coleges evaluation system with diverse forms and various methods in accordance with the characteristics of Medical Coleges.
