摘要
本文测定了几种血液灌流器吸附剂的溶血性能及凝血性能,评估吸附剂的血液相容性。选取临床上应用于治疗的4种血液灌流器按照GB/T 16886.4-2003中的规定进行溶血试验,实验结果显示出MG吸附剂、HA吸附剂、YQ吸附剂及活性炭吸附剂的溶血率分别为0.45%、6.82%、7.75%、9.92%;MG吸附剂的溶血率最低。凝血试验结果表明吸附剂抗凝血性能的顺序为:MG吸附剂>YQ吸附剂>HA吸附剂>活性炭吸附剂,其中MG吸附剂的抗凝效果最好。根据溶血试验和凝血试验可推断MG吸附剂对血细胞的破坏较小,其血液相容性良好,符合医用材料的要求。
In this paper, the hemolysis and coagulation capability performance of several kinds of bemoperfusion adsorbents are determined and evaluatedits blood compatibility. Four kinds of hemoperfusionwhich applied in clinical treatment are carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 16886.4 2003 hemolysis test, the experiment result shows that the MG adsorbent, HA adsorbent, YQ adsorbent and activated carbon adsorbent hemolysis rate is 0.45%, 6.82%, 7.75% and 9.92% respectively;MG adsorbent has the lowest Hemolysis rate.Coagulation tests results show that the sequence of anticoagulant capability of adsorbent: adsorbent of MG 〉 adsorbent of HA 〉 adsorbent of YQ〉 activated carbon adsorbent.MG adsorbent has the best anticoagulant effect.According to the hemolysis test and blood coagulation test,we can conclude that MG adsorbent is suitable for the application of medical materials,because it has less damage to the blood cells and excellentblood compatibility.
