摘要
目的探讨卒中单元护理在脑出血偏瘫患者护理中的应用临床效果,总结护理体会。方法选取我院在2011年9月-2013年9月收治的因脑出血致偏瘫患者46例,随机分为观察组和对照组各23例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组应用卒中单元护理模式给予护理,比较两组治疗护理后的运动功能恢复情况。结果观察组在护理后的FMA（运动功能积分）得分明显大于对照组,且P〈0.05。结论卒中单元护理模式在脑出血致偏瘫患者中的应用效果显著,可明显改善患者运动功能。
Objective Discuss the effect of stroke unit care in hemiplegic cerebral hemorrhage patients. Methods 46 cases patients with hemiplegia due to cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in the control group received routine care, observation group received stroke unit care. Results FMA （motor function points） scored significantly in observation group was higher after trealment, P〈0.05. Conclusion Stroke unit care can significantly improve motor function in patients with hemiplegic cerebral hemorrhage.
