腹部创伤CT诊断及临床价值分析

Abdominal Trauma Diagnosis and Clinical Value of CT Analysis

目的 评价CT对腹部创伤是否存在临床价值。方法 收集我院2009年3月-2014年3月期间32例腹部创伤手术治疗的CT诊断进行回顾性分析,最后将治疗结果与CT诊断进行对比。结果 在经过对照后,31例与手术治疗结果相符,CT确诊率为96.88%,1例由于多发性损伤等其他原因而导致诊断不全。结论 CT对腹部创伤的诊断具有临床价值,可以更好的为临床提供诊断信息。

Objective Evaluate CT for abdominal trauma whether to have the clinical value. Methods Collect 32 cases of CT diagnosis of abdominal trauma operation treatment in our hospital from 2009.3-2014.3, Analysis by retrospectively, finally compared the treatment results with CT diagnosis. Results After comparison, 31 cases are the same with operation treatment results , CT diagnosis rate was 96.88%.lcase due to incomplete diagnosis caused by multiple injuries or other reasons. Conclusion CT diagnosis has clinical value for abdominal trauma, can be better for clinical provide diagnostic information.
