中西医结合治疗甲状腺功能减退性心脏病的临床疗效

The Treatment of Hypothyroid Heart Produce Actual Effect of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的讨论中西医结合治疗甲减心产生的实际效果。方法将86名甲减心病人随机分成研究组和对照组,对照组采用西医常规疗法,研究组在西医治疗的同时服用真武汤。以4周为一个疗程。结果对照组有效率为66.7%,研究组为95.5%,两组治疗效果不同(P<0.05)。两组病人治疗后的TSH、LVEF和T3、T4的指标较治疗前都有改善(P<0.05);研究组经治疗后的TSH,LVEF和T3,T4的改善情况相比对照组要好(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合对甲减心具有较好治疗效果,可以缩短病程,值得临床研究推广。

To discuss the treatment of hypothyroid heart produce actual effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine. Methods 86 cases of hypothyroidism heart patients were randomly divided into study group and control group, the control group were treated with routine therapy, the study group was given Zhen wu Decoction in western medicine at the same time. In 4 weeks as a course. Results The rate was 66.7% in the control group, the study group was 95.5%, the different effect of the two groups （P〈0.05） . Treatment of two groups of patients after TSH, LVEF and T3, T4 indicators of patients were improved （P〈0.05） ; the study group after the treatment ofTSH, LVEF and T3, improved T4 compared with the control group （P〈0.05） . Conclusion The rapeutic effect of hypothyroidism heart has a good combination of Chinese and Western medicine, can shorten the course of the disease, which is worthy of clinical research.
