Analysis of Nursing Errors of Township Hospitals and Preventive Measures

目的 分析乡镇卫生院护理差错出错原因及有效预防,以减少护理差错,提高护理质量。方法 回归性分析我镇卫生院2009年3月-2014年3月出现的护理差错的临床资料进行统计和归因分析。结果 40例护理差错中护士责任心不强,三查七对不严格有28例,占70%;护理管理不到位4例,占10%;专业知识缺乏4例,占10%;工作繁忙疲劳及外界的干扰4例,占10%。结论 在护理差错出现的案例中,主要原因是护士的责任心、执行制度的不严格、工作时的个人情绪等,对护理差错进行早期预防和查找原因,对减少以及避免护理差错具有重要的作用。

Objective To analyze the township hospital nursing error error causes and prevention, in order to reduce nursing errors, improve the quality of nursing. Methods The climcal data of regression analysis of nursing mistakes in our town health hospital in 2009 March-2014 year in March the statistics and analysis of attribution. Results 40 cases of nurses in the nursing error and strong sense of responsibility, three out of seven on the not strict in 28 cases, accounting for 70%; nursing management is not in place in 4 cases, accounting for 10%; lack of professional knowledge in 4 cases, accounting for 10%; 4 cases of busy work fatigue and outside interference, accounted for 10%.Conclusion Nursing errors appear in the case, the main reason is the responsibility of nurses, the implementation of the system is not strict, work personal emotion, early prevention and find out the reasons of nursing errors, to have an important role to reduce and avoid nursing error.
