摘要
目的探讨子宫腺肌病的临床诊断及治疗方法疗效。方法对30例子宫腺肌病患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 B超诊断、血清CA125、EMAb单项检测诊断,经治疗CA125下降至正常水平,月经量均明显减少,疼痛减轻。治疗效果满意。结论轻者可行宫腔镜子宫肌内膜切除治疗,症状严重者主张切除子宫。
Objective The clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of uterine adenomyosis are to be investigated. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases with adenomyosis are selected to analyze. Results From B ultrasound diagnosis, CA125 serum with detection and diagnosis of EMAb, after the treatment, CA125 level decreases to normal level with significantly reduced menstrual volume and pain. The treatment effect is satisfactory. Conclusion The patients with mild symptoms can be treated by resection of endometrial of uterine muscle through hysteroscopy. The patients with serious symptoms are suggested to remove the uterus.
