摘要
目的探讨糖耐量异常与周围神经病变的关系。方法选择我院糖耐量异常患者160例,其中合并周围神经病变30例,单纯糖耐量异常130例,对两组临床资料、实验室检测指标进行分析。结果糖耐量异常合并周围神经病变患者的TG与CRP含量明显高于单纯糖耐量异常患者,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖耐量异常能促进周围神经病变的发生与发展,糖代谢紊乱程度是反映周围神经病变严重程度的重要指标。
Objective To explore the relationship between abnormal glucose tolerance ( AGT ) and DPN. Methods 160 AGT cases were including 30 cases of combining DPN. The clinical data and laboratory indexes were analyzed. Results The TG and CRP level in AGT patents combining DPN was significantly higher than that of AGT patents alone (P〈0.05) . Conclusion The AGT promotes the occurrence and development of DPN, and the degree of Glycometabolic disorder was marker to reflects the severity of DPN.
