多囊卵巢综合征40例临床治疗

Clinical Treatment of 40 Cases of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征的治疗方法效果。方法对40例多囊卵巢综合征患者根据病人就诊时目的和要求进行治疗。结果平均治疗时间120 d,周期排卵率86.7%,妊娠14例,妊娠率35%。结论通过诱发排卵,促进受孕;恢复月经,阻断单纯雌激素对子宫内膜的长期刺激。

Objective Treatment methods and effects for polycystic ovarian syndrome are to be discussed. Methods 40 patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome were treated in accordance with their aims and requirements. Results Average time of therapy was 120 days; periodic ovulation rate is 86.7%; there are 14 cases of gestation with a pregnancy rate of 35%. Conclusion Fertilize the eggs and resume menstruation through induction of ovulation; block single estrogen＇ s long-term incentives to endometrium.
