摘要
目的通过分析、总结临床滥用抗生素产生的危害,为临床合理使用抗生素提供重要指导。方法回顾性分析在我院进行1类切口外科手术治疗602例患者的临床资料,334例患者均采用抗生素治疗,观察分析抗生素具体使用情况。结果本次研究分析的334例患者抗生素使用合理者100例(29.94%),基本合理者115例(34.4%),不合理使用者119例(35.6%),抗生素不合理使用情况严重,在很大程度上影响了切口愈合,使患者康复时间延长。结论滥用抗生素会造成很大的危害,应引起广大临床医师的广泛关注和高度重视,尽可能做到合理、规范用药,确保临床治疗效果,促进患者尽早康复。
Objective Through the analysis and summary of clinical antibiotics abuse harm, provide important guidance for clinical rational use of antibiotics. Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in our hospital the clinical data of surgical treatment of 602 patients, all patients with postoperative antibiotic treatment, observation analysis of specific antibiotics usage. Results This study analysis the 334 cases of patients with antibiotic use reasonable 100 cases （29.94%） , the amount of basic reasonable 115 cases （34.4%） , 119 cases （ 35.6% ） , unreasonable users unreasonable using antibiotics in severe cases, to a large extent affected the incision healing, extended to patients＇ recovery time. Conclusion The misuse of antibiotics can cause great harm, should cause the extensive concern of the general clinical physicians and attaches great importance to, as far as possible can reasonable, standardized administration, to ensure the clinical therapeutic effect, promote the patient recover as soon as possible.
