紫杉类药物腹腔灌注化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的安全性探讨

Safety of Taxane Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy for Advanced Cancer

目的探讨紫杉类药物腹腔灌注化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤患者临床疗效及安全性。方法使用多西紫杉醇进行腹腔灌注化疗,观察并记录晚期恶性肿瘤患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 68例晚期恶性肿瘤患者经紫杉类药物腹腔灌注化疗临床总有效率高达85.29%;均未发生肝功能及肾功能损害,不良反应发生程度大多为I级或II级,经对症干预后均能耐受并坚持治疗。结论应用紫杉类药物腹腔灌注化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疾病可获得满意临床疗效,且安全性较高,是临床用于化疗治疗晚期恶性肿瘤疾病的理想药物,可在临床推广使用。

Objective To investigate taxane intraperitoneal chemotherapy for patients with advanced cancer clinical efficacy and safety. Methods Intraperitoneal docetaxel chemotherapy. Results 68 cases of advanced cancer patients with taxane intraperitoneal chemotherapy in clinical total efficiency of up to 85.29%. Conclusion Taxane intraperitoneal chemotherapy in patients with advanced malignant disease will be satisfied with clinical efficacy.
