摘要
铸件尺寸检测是确保铸件尺寸符合顾客图纸和公差要求,而影响铸件尺寸偏差的因素又比较多,因此如何有效的控制铸件尺寸稳定性,划线检查是必不可少的,本文重点从尺寸检验方面提出了几种测量计算模型的建立方法,通过实际测量应用,在确保尺寸检测到位的前提下,提高铸件的划线效率。
The casting dimension inspection can ensure that the casting dimension meets the requirements of customer drawings and tolerances.The marking examination is essential to effectively control the casting dimension stability.This paper proposed several measurement models,which improved the casting marking efficiency and ensured the correc t dimension inspection.
