摘要
通过对矿山磨机衬板工作状况及受力条件分析,确定衬板材料适合的性能:硬度HRC≥45,冲击韧度ak≥25J/cm2;通过对三种常用衬板材料的化学成分、机械性能以及热处理分析,从而确定了不同工作状况下衬板的选材。
Through analyzing the work and loading condation of the mill liner which applied in mine industry, the mechanical property is determined as: HRC≥45,ak≥25 J/cm2. By analyzing the composition,mechanical property and heat treatment of three common materical,the liner material suitable for the different work condition is selected.
