摘要
本文提出了一种铸件上夹砂形成的新机理。根据技术文献,夹砂是由于砂型表层与铸型本体分离形成的。按照所提的方式,在金属与铸型交界处形成的金属膜由于体积收缩力和铸型内气体压力而开裂,所形成的空隙被金属充填。从而说明了发生在铸件上的各种夹砂。
The paper proposed a new formation mechanism of scab on the castings.According to the technical literatures,the scabs formed due to the separation of molding sand layer from the mold body.At the metal/mold interface,the metal film breaks due to volume shrinkage force and gas pressur in mold and the gap is filled with liquid metal.
