摘要
为了适应经济社会的发展,苏州市于2011年制订了古城区河道水质提升行动计划。为了合理评价苏州古城区河道的水质现状,分析现状水质与目标水质的差距及存在的问题,根据苏州古城区河网中10个监测点的实测水质资料,采用无量纲分析方法,参照苏州古城区景观娱乐、文化和经济需求的水质目标,分别对溶解氧、化学需氧量、氨氮和总磷进行定量分析。分析结果表明:经过工程措施与非工程措施的治理,苏州市古城区河网部分地区的水质指标有了较大改善,但仍有部分地区水质指标达不到要求。根据分析成果,提出了进一步改善工程措施运行方式和加强非工程措施的建议。
In order to adapt to the demand of social and economic development, Suzhou Government made a plan for water quality improvement of the rivers in its ancient city in 2011. In order to correctly evaluate the water quality status in the ancient city and analyze the gap between actual water quality and targeted water quality, as well as the existed problems, based on the measured data at 10 water quality monitoring points of its water network, and by using dimensionless analysis method and refer-ring water quality goals for landscape and recreation, cultural and economic demand, the pollutants of DO, COD, NH3-N and TP are quantitatively analyzed. The analysis results show that after pollution control by structural and non-structural measures, the water quality indexes in partial river network has been improved greatly, but still water in partial area can not meet the de-mand. According to analysis result, some suggestions for improving operation mode of structural measures and strengthening non-structural measures are put forward.
