安徽省铜陵市节水型社会建设试点经验总结

Experience summary on pilot water saving society construction of Tongling City,Anhui Province

安徽铜陵市自2010年被水利部列为南方丰水地区节水型试点城市以来,全方位开展节水试点工作,取得了显著的成效。在节水型社会建设期间,通过加强领导、创新节水管理体制、完善水资源管理制度、加大投入、建立示范工程、宣传教育等一系列措施,在水资源保护、节约用水方面取得了显著的成效。下一阶段,将进一步理顺水资源管理体制,完善相关制度,深化投融资机制改革,加大宣传教育力度,以巩固节水型社会建设成果。

Since being declared as a pilot city of water saving society construction in water rich area in south China by Ministry of Water Resources, Tongling City has carried out overall pilot water saving work. During the period of water saving society con-struction, through strengthening leadership, innovating water saving management system, perfecting water resources management system, increasing investment, setting up demonstration works, propagating and educating etc,. Tongling City achieved remarka-ble results in water resources protection and water saving. In the next stage, Tongling City will further straighten out water re-sources management system, perfecting correlative regulations, deepen the investment and financing mechanism, strengthening propaganda and education to consolidate the achievements of water saving society construction.
