摘要
针对目前水电设备检测手段单一的现状,在水电厂已有各项监测系统的基础上,基于实时数据挖掘技术和"相似度曲线"预警技术,开发了水电设备故障早期预警系统。该系统充分利用现有机组运行数据及所积累的检修经验,将传统的故障事后处理模式转变为更加主动的事前预防模式,实现了水电设备的安全状态定量评估和长周期的安全稳定运行分析。该系统的应用极大地提高了水电设备检修和运行管理的效率。
Aiming at the singleness of detection measures used in maintenance work of hydropower equipments, and based on the established detection systems in hydropower plants, an early warning system for equipment failure in hydro-units mainte-nance work is developed by using technologies of real-time data mining and similarity curve. The presented system fully utilizes operation data of existing units and the experiences accumulated in regular maintenance work, so as to transform the traditional post failure treatment to the beforehand active prevention, realizing quantitative assessment for safety state of hydro-equipments as well as safety operation analysis with long period. The new system would significantly improve the efficiency of operation man-agement and maintenance work for hydropower equipments.
