摘要
结合溪洛渡水电站右岸13号发电机组的启动试验,详细分析了试验过程中出现的高倍转频数据,以及影响机组运转的大幅值高倍转频振动问题;同时,应用Solidworks软件进行数值计算以检验理论推断的正确性。结果表明,机组出现异常数据是由于机组结构本身在离心力的作用下造成的。对水力发电机组出现异常现象的原因查找及其分析过程、模拟试验及数值计算验证程序与结果等作了介绍。
The high power rotational frequency data and their impact, as well as the large amplitude high power rotational fre-quency vibration that affects the operation of the unit are analyzed in detail in the startup test of No. 13 unit of Xiluodu Hydropow-er Station. The numerical calculation is conducted to verify the theoretical derivation by Solidworks. The results indicate that the abnormal data are derived by the structural change of the generating units due to centrifugal force. The paper presents the causes for abnormal phenomenon in generating units, the analytical process, simulating test, numerical calculation verification process.
