纤维水泥砂浆温降收缩有限元分析

摘要 目前对纤维水泥基材料的试验研究多集中于材料强度和干燥收缩变形上,而对温降条件下的收缩变形研究较少。利用ANSYS软件对纤维水泥砂浆均匀温降时位移场展开有限元分析,进而研究了水泥砂浆分别在聚丙烯纤维和钢纤维约束下的收缩变形情况。结果表明,掺入纤维材料可有效减小水泥砂浆在温降时的收缩变形,是一种有效的水泥基材料温差补偿性抗裂手段;纤维弹性模量越高、间距越小,对水泥基材收缩变形的约束越大。 At present, the experimental study on fiber cement -based materials usually attach importance to the material strength and drying shrinkage strain, but few studies on the shrinkage under temperature drop are carried out. The FEM analysis on displacement field of fiber cement mortar under uniform temperature drop is conducted by ANSYS, and the shrinkage deforma-tion of cement motor constrained with polypropylene fiber and steel fiber is respectively explored. The analysis results show that adding fiber materials into cement motor can effectively reduce the shrinkage deformation under temperature drop, and is an effec-tive anti-cracking method;and the fiber with larger elastic modulus and smaller spacing can exert higher constraining effect.
