摘要
牛栏江-滇池补水工程是为改善滇池水质而实施的重大战略性工程,而水源区的水质状况则是工程效益能否得到充分发挥的关键。在全面调查牛栏江流域水资源保护现状的基础上,指出了牛栏江流域尚存在水质不稳定、面源污染较为突出、工业污染源未能得到有效控制、污水处理设施运转不正常等问题,相应地提出了一系列治理措施建议,如加大面源污染控制力度、加强工业污染源监管、加快产业结构调整。
Niulanjiang-to-Dianchi water diversion project is a strategic project for improving the water quality of Dianchi Lake, so the water quality of water source area, Liulanjiang River, determines the project construction benefit. On the basis of a comprehensive investigation for the present situation of water resources protection in Niulanjiang River Basin, some problems such as unstable water quality, prominent non-point source pollution, industrial pollution sources under incomplete control and ab-normal operation of sewage treatment facilities are pointed out. Accordingly, a series of treatment measures such as strengthening the non-point source pollution control and surveillance of industrial pollution sources, and accelerating the adjustment of indus-trial structure are put forward.
