开放教育地理标志保护研究——地理标志在学分认证中的影响

地理标志是法学领域的概念,开放教育地理标志品牌化保护作为一种教育新尝试是前所未有的新事物。如何推行并应用于"学分银行",在学分认证上赋予地理标志权学校更多的学分权数,并在毕业证书上注明地理标志,是开放教育地理标志保护的核心内容。在向开放大学转型的过程中,电大系统更应鼓励发展优质教育,促进教育水平进一步提高,激励更多学校迈入开放大学门槛。开放教育的地理标志品牌化可以起到有效保护优质教育的作用,有利于公平竞争。

The term of geographical indications belongs to legal conception. Geographical indications protection in open education is a new try which is unprecedented. The core content is how to persue it and apply it in credit bank system, to give the universities more credit which have the right of geographical indications, and to mark the geographical indications on the certificate. In the process of transition to the open university, TV Universities should be more proactive in encouraging quality education to promote education level and encourage more universities enter the open university. Geographical indications protection for open education will be conducive to fair competition.
