On Some Vital Relations in Leader's Education and Training

当前干部教育培训需要处理好兼职师资与专职师资、组织需求与个人需求、国际与国内之间的关系。专兼结合是干部教育培训的一条基本经验,但要注意避免兼职师资带来的挑战。按需培训是干部教育培训的一个基本趋势,但是组织需求是第一位的,首要任务是理想信念教育。国际化也是干部教育培训的一个基本趋势,但是必须立足中国、面向中国、服务中国。

It is broadly recognized that the relations between part-time and full-time teachers, between organizational and individual needs, between international and domestic training are vital issues in leader＇ s education and training presently. It is a fundamental experience of training leaders relying on both full-time and part-time teachers, which of course calls for coping with the challenges brought about by the part-time ones. It is a basic trend to train leaders according to the needs of organizations and individuals. The former has a priority over the latter, which indicates that the primary mission of leadership training is ideal and faith education. It is also a basic trend to train leaders internationally. However, international training should be based on China＇ s actual conditions and aim to promote China＇ s economic and social development.
