基于人才培养全过程的高职学生创新创业教育研究

Study on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Vocational College Students throughout Talent Cultivation

创新创业教育作为新的教育理念对高职生创新、创造、创业能力培养有重要意义。当前高职院校的创新创业教育存在理念模糊、人才培养模式不完善、师资队伍不健全等问题,需要从树立正确教育理念、完备师资队伍建设、完善实践体系、革新教学方法、建立保障体系等途径进行完善。

The innovation and entrepreneurship education, as a brand-new mode of talent cultivation, is of considerable impor- tance to the college students＇ overall ability. However, such problems exist concerning the innovation and entrepreneurship as ambiguous definition, inappropriate mode of talent cultivation and irrational structure of teaching staff, etc. The existing problems can be tackled by establishing correct education concept, completing the construction of teaching team, improving the practice system, reforming teaching method and setting up a sound ensurance system as well.
