摘要
体验经济时代应从游客的体验需求出发对景区进行体验式开发。文中运用IPA分析法,在问卷调查的基础上,综合分析游客对云冈石窟各体验因子的期望和满足程度,以评估游客对云冈石窟各体验因子的偏好以及旅游经营者的供给情况。研究发现:游客对文化遗产的完好性较满意,应继续保持;游客对游玩内容丰富程度、游玩活动的可参与性、基于民间工艺的体验活动、个性化的服务、景区门票物有所值这些因子的满意度较低,是以后需重点改进的对象。通过研究,以期为云冈石窟的体验式开发提供定量依据。
In the era of experience economy,the scenic spot should be exploited in the experiential way.In order to assess the tourists' preferences and the tour operators' supply,on the basis of questionnaire survey,by using the IPA analysis,the tourists' expectation and satisfaction of the Yungang Grottoes is analyzed.Results showed that visitors are satisfied with the integrity of the cultural heritage,so the current situation should be kept; and visitors are not very satisfied with the following factors:the richness of the tourism content,the participatory of the activities experience activities about folk arts and crafts,personalized service and the tickets,perceived value.This study provides quantitative basis for the experiential exploitation of Yungang Grottoes.
