集群间歇式耐火砖干燥窑余热利用新工艺

摘要 现有耐火砖干燥窑普遍存在热能浪费大、热效率低、生产效率低以及车间热污染、环境污染等问题。本文提出一种集群间歇式耐火砖干燥窑余热利用新工艺,采用余热回收技术回收窑体和耐火砖在降温段排放的物理显热,用来对刚刚进入升温段的冷窑和冷砖坯进行预热,可以节能约30%,对耐火材料行业节能减排、降本增效具有重要的参考价值。 The refractory brick kiln exists large heat energy waste,low heat efficiency,low production efficiency,thermal pollution and environment pollution. This paper presents a new technology of wasteheat utilization for the cluster of intermittent refractory brick kiln. Recycling the physical sensible heat from the cooling period of the kiln body and refractory brick by the waste heat recovery technology,which used to preheat the cold kiln and brick has just entered the heating section. It can save energy about 30%,which has important reference value to the refractory industry for energy conservation,emission reduction,cost decreasing and benefit increasing.
