糖尿病早期肾损害患者同型半胱氨酸和糖化血红蛋白水平分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)联合检测对糖尿病早期肾损害的价值。方法检测2013年1月至6月82例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血清Hcy、HbA1c含量。其中尿微量白蛋白肌酐比(UmAlb/Cr)阳性组44例、阴性组38例。结果 U-mAlb/Cr阳性组血清Hcy、HbA1c水平明显高于阴性组(P<0.01,P<0.05);Hcy及HbA1c均与U-mAlb/Cr水平呈正相关性(P均<0.05);二者联合检测阳性率高达95.45%,明显高于单项检测水平(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论血清Hcy、HbA1c的水平与T2DM患者的早期肾损害密切相关,联合检测对于糖尿病肾病的早期诊断、早期治疗及监测具有重要意义。
