功能化多肽在脊髓损伤中的研究进展
摘要
正常组织细胞外基质(ECM)是一种纳米级三维网络环境,细胞在这种环境中进行扩增、动态运动和营养交换及废物排泄,发挥生命机能。脊髓损伤后原发及继发性损伤改变了这种脊髓微环境,使机体失去一定功能。近年来,随着脊髓组织工程学的发展,希望能找到一种真正模拟脊髓组织细胞生长环境的材料,以期对损伤组织的修复。
