摘要
将四(对异丙基苯基)铜卟啉(CuTIPP)分散于海藻酸钠胶珠中,通过与铜离子水溶液反应制得海藻酸铜—CuTIPP胶珠。以双氧水为氧化剂,风干的胶珠为催化剂,对苯酚的催化羟化反应进行了探究。实验结果表明:负载CuTIPP的海藻酸铜催化剂催化活性要高于海藻酸铜催化剂,苯二酚的产率相对于海藻酸铜提高了9%,苯酚转化率达到了40.2%,苯二酚邻、对比接近4∶5。
CuAlg-CuTIPP was synthesized through the reaction between CuCl2 and NaAlg-CuTIPP that obtained by dispersing Cu-TIPP in sodium alginate. The hydroxylation of phenol was explored by using H2 O2 as the oxidant and CuAlg-CuTIPP as the cata-lyst. The results showed that the catalytic activity of CuAlg-CuTIPP was higher than copper alginate,the yield of dihydroxybenzene was increased by 9%,the conversion rate of phenol reached 40. 2%,the rate between catechol and hydroquinone nearly reached 4∶5.
