摘要
利用高锰酸钾将甲醇氧化成甲醛,甲醛与变色酸在浓硫酸条件下反应生成蓝紫色络合物,建立了分光光度法测定白酒中甲醇含量的方法,探究了测定甲醇的最佳条件.甲醇含量在0.005g/L^0.12g/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.994).该方法操作简单,结果较准确,易于推广.
Using potassium permanganate and methanol reaction of formaldehyde,Formaldehyde in sulfuric acid medium to react with chromotropic acid to produce the violet complex,established a spectro-photometry method was developed for the determination of methanol content in liquor .To explore the best conditions of the determination of methanol,methanol content in 0.05 g/L - 1.4 g/L range has a good linear relationship (R2= 0.995).The method has high accuracy,simple operation,simple calculation,the characteristics of easy to promote.
