中西医结合治疗青少年胫骨结节撕脱骨折

The methods of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine about youngsters tibial tuberosity fractures

目的：探讨青少年胫骨结节撕脱骨折的临床特点与中西医治疗方法。方法：回顾性分析我科2007年7月～2013年3月收治的7例胫骨结节撕脱骨折患者的诊断、治疗和康复情况，均行切开复位空心螺钉内固定术，术后石膏固定4周后中药外洗。结果：7例患者均获得随访，随访时间6个月～24个月，平均13．3个月，所有患者骨折均在12周内愈合，半年后膝关节伸屈活动完全正常，均无膝关节疼痛和不稳症状，无双下肢不等长及无胫骨结节畸形；x线均显示骨折解剖愈合。结论：对于胫骨结节撕脱骨折OgdenII型及Ⅲ型骨折，需切开解剖复位内固定。可用空心螺钉作内固定。骨折愈合后，经过适当的功能锻炼，一般能得到满意的疗效。

Objective：To discuss the clinical characteristics, methods of treatment of traditional Chinese and Western Medicine about tibial tuberosity fractures. Methods： The diagnosis,treatment and recovery of 7 cases of tubercles of tibia avulsion fracture from our hospital between July 2007 to March 2013 were retrospecively analysed, All cases were treated open reduction and hollow screw fixation, lower member plastered for 4 weeks after the operation, then washed by traditional chinese medicine.Resuhs： All seven patients were followed up for a mean of 13.3 months （range 6-24）, Fractures were healed in 12weeks, all children had full range of knee motion without pain, postural instability,inequality of lower limb after six months.Conclusions： The fracture Ogden type II and type Ⅲ generally require open anatomical reduction and internal fixa- tion by hollow screws.The outcome is generally good.
