针灸治疗黄褐斑180例疗效观察

Efficacy observation on 180 chloasma patients treated with acupuncture

目的：观察中医针灸＋中医外治法治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法：180例患者采用中医针灸＋中医外治法治疗黄褐斑，观察治疗1～6个月，基本痊愈100例，显效80例，有效率达100％。结论：针灸＋中医疗法治疗黄褐斑疗效确切。

Objective To observe the efficacy of acupuncture combined Spread moxibustion therapy on patients with chloasma. Methods In this study, 180 patients with chloasma were treated with acupuncture plus Spread moxibustion therapy. The follow up periods ranged from 1 to 6 months, 100 patients were basic recovery, 80 markedly effective, no invalid person, the effective rate was up to 100. Conclusion This study suggests that acupuncture combined Spread moxibustion therapy is an effective and safe therapy for patients with chloasma.
