雷公藤内酯醇对急性重症胰腺炎大鼠全身炎症反应肺损伤的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的:明确雷公藤内酯醇对急性重症胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠全身炎症反应肺损伤的作用机制。方法:采用牛磺胆酸钠胰胆管逆行注射法复制SAP肺损伤模型。动态观察注射术后10h各组大鼠血清淀粉酶、TNF-α肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在血清中的水平,胰、肺组织NF-kB活化表达水平情况及术后24h大鼠的死亡率;HE染色观察胰腺及肺病理损伤。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组血清淀粉酶、TNF-α与IL-6蛋白表达升高、且胰腺和肺组织中NF-kB活性显著升高;与模型组比较,雷公藤内酯醇治疗组上述指标均明显降低,胰腺及肺组织损伤减轻,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后24h雷公藤内酯醇治疗组大鼠死亡率低于模型组(P<0.05)。结论:雷公藤内酯醇可能是通过抑制NF-κB活性表达、下调TNF-α、IL-6等炎症因子表达抑制全身炎症反应(SAS),从而对SAP有治疗作用,对SAP肺损伤更有一定保护作用,降低SAP大鼠死亡率。
