In order to increase the production capacity of the auto-winder,through proper configuration of the auto-winder including the linear slip specifications,VSS curve,and the clearing data,the weight loss of the cop package is offset,consequently with less cop slip and higher production in conformity with the quality requirement.It is necessary to make clear that the production of the auto-winder is closely related with the operator,the frame,the material,the process and the environment.In the real production,proper configuration of the specifications is needed according to the varieties,materials with necessary equipment maintenance and the advanced management plus the full use of the potentiality of the operators and the equipments for higher quality and production of the yarn.
