摘要 肉骨粉常被用于饲料中,作为替代鱼粉的动物蛋白原料之一。本研究比较了三种不同来源肉骨粉的营养成分。结果表明:国产和澳大利亚肉骨粉的粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量显著高于乌拉圭肉骨粉(P<0.05)。乌拉圭肉骨粉的灰分、钙和磷含量均显著高于澳大利亚和国产肉骨粉(P<0.05)。澳大利亚肉骨粉的胃蛋白酶消化率显著高于乌拉圭和国产肉骨粉(P<0.05),后两者差异不显著(P>0.05)。澳大利亚肉骨粉的组氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸含量显著高于乌拉圭肉骨粉(P<0.05),但与国产肉骨粉无显著差异(P>0.05)。澳大利亚肉骨粉的亮氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、苯丙氨酸和苏氨酸含量显著高于乌拉圭和国产肉骨粉(P<0.05)。 As one of animal protein sources to replace fish meal,meat and bone meals(MBMs) are often used in feed.This paper was conducted to compare the nutritive composition of MBMs from three origins,Australia,Uruguay or China.Crude protein and lipid contents of MBMs from Australia and China were significantly higher(P〈0.05) than those from Uruguay.Ash,calcium and phosphorus contents of MBM from Uruguay were significantly higher than those from Australia and China(P〈0.05).Pepsin in vitro digestibility of MBM from Australia was significantly higher than those from Uruguay and China(P〈0.05),but no significant difference was found between the two latter origins(P〉0.05).Histidine,isoleucine and valine of MBM from Australia were significantly higher than those from Uruguay(P〈0.05),but which did not differ significantly from China origin(P〉0.05).Leucine,lysine,methionine,phenylalanine and threonine of MBM from Australia were significantly higher than those from Uruguay and China(P〈0.05).
