摘要
针对川西气田前期井下节流器在使用过程中存在打捞困难和打捞成功率较低的问题,研制了新型活动式井下节流器。对整体式卡瓦、带复位功能的胶筒、弹簧系统进行了优化。该工具长度短、外径小,送放顺利,丢手、卡挂、密封可靠,打捞成功率高。在CX632井等8口井进行了现场试验,节流效果明显,生产情况稳定;在XS21-29HF井等3口井进行打捞也验证了打捞成功率高,具备大规模推广使用价值。
In consideration of the dififculties in recovering the downhole chokes during using process and the problem of low recov-ery rate in Western Sichuan Province, new mobile downhole choke is developed, which optimized the integrated slips, gel cylinder with reset function and the spring system. This tool is short and of small outer diameter, can be easily used, the released, clamped, hanger are reliable and the recovery (ifshing) rate is high. It was tested in 8 wells such as CX632 and worked quite well. Fishing operation in three wells including XS21-29HF also veriifed its high ifshing success rate, so it is worth being widely promoted.
