江苏省水稻区域试验品种对稻曲病的抗性评价及稻曲病菌致病力分化研究

Identification of Regional Test for Rice Resistance to Rice False Smut and Virulence Differentiation of Ustilaginoidea virens in Jiangsu Province

用人工注射接种的方法鉴定了江苏省2012年区试水稻品种对稻曲病的抗病性,并研究了稻曲病菌的致病力分化。结果表明,在99个品种中,43个品种对稻曲病表现为免疫;7个品种表现为高抗(HR);14个品种表现为抗病(R);8个品种表现为中抗(MR);5个品种为中感(MS);7个品种表现为感病(S);15个品种表现为高感(HS)。用69个单孢菌株分别对两优培九、淮稻5号、武运粳3号等3个已知不同抗性品种进行致病力分化的研究表明,不同抗病性的品种对同一菌株的反应差异较大,不同菌株对同一品种的致病力有显著差异,致病力分化较明显。根据69个稻曲病菌菌株在3个不同抗性水稻品种上的致病性,将参试的水稻稻曲病菌划分为7个致病类型,其中第3类即对武运粳3号、淮稻5号、两优培九依次表现为抗、抗、感的有22个菌株,占总数31.9%。菌株与水稻品种的关系分为弱互作和强互作,其中弱互作菌株所占比例高达91.3%,强互作菌株所占比例仅占8.7%。

The rice resistance to false smut was identified, and the virulence differentiation of Ustilaginoidea virens by artificial injected inoculation in Jiangsu prevince was investigated. The results showed that 43 in 99 varieties were complete immunity （CI） ; 7 varieties were tdgh resistance （HR） ; 14 varieties were resistance （R） ; 8 varieties were middle resistance （MR） ; 5 varieties were middle sensibility （MS） ; 7 varieties were sensibility （S） ; 15 varieties were high sensibility （HS）. The 69 strains with virulence were injected to the three different sistant varieties which were identified, the result indicated that there were the discrepancy hetwecn different rice varieties in response to one strain, and for one variety, a prominent virulence differentiation was between the strains tested. According their pathogenicity to three rice cultivars, the 69 strains of U. virens were divided into 7 races. 22 isolates of U. virens in race 3 ： Liangyou pei 9 was susceptible, while Huaidao No. 5 and Wuyujing No. 3 were resistant. There were two interactions between the 69 strains of U. ~/rens and the three rice varieties, one was weak interaction which most （91.3 % ） strains showed, another was strong interaction which few （8.7 % ） strains showed.
