川党参对土壤中重金属镉的积累特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 在野外条件下,采用盆栽方式,研究了川党参对土壤中重金属镉的积累特性。结果表明,川党参对土壤中的重金属镉具有富集作用,且随着土壤中添加镉浓度的增加,富集作用增强,但对川党参根长、根粗和根重的生长影响不显著。川党参茎叶对镉的富集作用强于根部,约为根部的1.5倍;而整株对镉的富集浓度约为土壤中的剩余镉浓度的6~12倍,具有显著的富集特性。不同采收月份,川党参根对镉的富集效果有差异,8月根中镉含量最低。不同地域试验中,巫山和武隆两地试验结果均显示,两地川党参对土壤中镉的吸收规律基本一致,但巫山川党参根和茎对土壤中镉的富集作用都强于武隆的。 In order to clarify the Cadmium accumulating characteristics of Godonops/s tangshen Oliv., the effects of Cadmium concentration on the growth index and accumulation reg^arity of C. tangshen were studied with pot experiment in the condition of field. The results showed that C. tangshen had an enrichment in the Cadmium, and the ability of enrichment increased as the Cadmium concentration increased. But there were no remarkable effects on the growth index of root length, root diameter and root weight. The concentration in the stem and leaf was 1.5 times bigger than that in the root. The Cadmium concentration of whole plant was 6 - 12 times higher than the Cadmium concentration of the soil. The Cadmium concentration was lowest in August. Test results in Wulong and Wnshan showed that the enrichment regularity was consistent, hut the ability of accumulating on the Cadmium in the Wushan was stranger than that in the Wulong.
