摘要
为评价福美双在川麦冬上使用的安全性,采用高效液相色谱法,研究了50%福美双可湿性粉剂在川麦冬及其土壤中的残留动态.结果表明,川麦冬喷施福美双比较安全,在有效成分含量900、1800 g·hm-2 2种剂量下,福美双在川麦冬茎叶上的半衰期为2.32~2.54 d,在土壤中的半衰期为4.09~4.63 d,喷施后1h到30 d在川麦冬根部均未检测到福美双.
In this paper, the residue dynamics of thiram in Radix ophiopogonis and its cultivated soll by high performance liquid chromatogra- phy (HPLC) were studied to evaluate ~sidue safety on this crop. The results showed that when Radix ophiopogoni was sprayed with 900 and 1800 g · hm-2 thiram, respectively, half-life of thiram on the ]eaves was between 2.32 to 2.54 days, while half-llfe of thiram in the cul- tivated soil was between 4.09 to 4.63 days, and no thiram in the roots of Radix ophiopogonis was detected from 1 hour to 30 days aider the spray.
