利用SSR和SRAP标记分析香橙资源的遗传多样性 被引量:8

摘要 香橙是我国原产珍贵柑橘资源,具有很大的开发利用价值。为了进一步保护和利用该类资源,通过2种分子标记研究了9个香橙资源的多样性,并比较了这两种标记在分析植物多态性上的差异。结果显示:两标记均显示出9个香橙之间均存在不同程度的差异,其中,3号香橙和8号糖橙遗传距离最近,2号香橙和7号软枝香橙距离最远。分析显示,SRAP标记比SSR标记能够更容易、更快捷的获得大量的多态性分子标记,而如果这两种标记相结合,将能获得更全面的扩增信息和更准确的聚类结果。 Citrus, juno is a kind of precious resource which originates in China,and it is of great value in its application . To further protect and utilize this resource, we used two kinds of molecular markers to study the nine junos resource diversity, and compared the differences betwecn the two markers on junes genetic diversity analysis. The results showed that the two markers were beth showing varying degrees of differences between the nine samples. Among them, the genetic distance between the 3rd and the 8th junes is the nearest, while that between the 2nd and the 7th is the farthest. SRAP is an easier and more efficient access to a large number of polymorphie markers than SSR. If these two markers are combined, more comprehensive amplified infomaation and more aecumte cluster result would be obtained.
