浓香型产区烟叶品质特征因子分析

Factor Analysis on Characteristics of Tobacco Leaves in Burnt-sweetness Type Flue-cured Tobacco

以8个浓香型产区2011-2012年的264份烟叶样品为材料,对浓香型烟叶品质特征13个指标进行相关分析和因子分析。结果表明,浓香型烤烟烟叶品质特征存在显著或极显著的相关性。相关系数矩阵前6个特征根的累计贡献率已达88.168%。由烟叶品质特征的因子载荷矩阵得到6个主因子,归纳总结为以下4类,第1个是烟气特性因子,第2个是香气特性因子,第3个是杂气因子,第4个是口感特性因子。

By the method of correlation analysis and factor analysis, total 264 tobacco samples fxom 8 provinces of production areas of aroma style tobacco were analyzed with the data from 13 characteristic styles ff tobacco leaf indexes. The results indicated that the characteristic styles of tobacco leaf indexes were positively or highly positively correlated with that of the others. The contribution rate d first-six characteristic roots was 88.168 % and six main factors from the characteristic style d tobacco leaf indexes were obtained, namely the smoke components factor, flavor characteristics factor, offensive factor and taste characteristic factor.
