新型蒙脱石对仔猪生长性能和血常规的影响 被引量:1

Effects of Innovative Montmorillonite on Growth Performance and Hematologic Indexes in Weaned Piglets

摘要 为了拟探讨新型蒙脱石对仔猪生长性能和血常规的影响,选取30头健康"杜×大×长"三元杂交断奶仔猪,随机分为5组。分别饲喂基础日粮、基础日粮+1 g/kg新型蒙脱石、基础日粮+3 g/kg新型蒙脱石、基础日粮+5 g/kg新型蒙脱石和基础日粮+3 g/kg微生态制剂,进行42 d的饲养试验。结果表明,与空白对照组相比,新型蒙脱石可以显著提高日增重、采食量和料重比,降低腹泻率与腹泻指数,改善血常规指标。因此,新型蒙脱石可能具有一定的促生长抗腹泻与免疫增强作用。 This study aimed to investigate the effect of innovative montmorillonite for growth performance and hematologic indexes in weaned piglets. Thirty healthy weanling piglets (Duroc x Landraco x Yorkshire) were randomly divided into five groups and fed with basal diet, basal diet + 1 g/kg innovative montmorillonite, basal diet + 3 g/kg innovative montmorillonite, basal diet + 5 g/kg innovative montmoril- lonite and basal diet + 3 g/kg Bacillus subtilis micreecologic agent, respectively. After seven weeks, growth performance were analyzed and hlcod samples were colleeted da pn.'caval vein, to detect the content of hematotogic indexes. Compared with bhnk control group, average daily gain and feed intake in high-dose innovative montmorillonite group were extremely significantly increased, but dian'bea rate and diarrhea index were extremely significnnt]y reduced. It suggested that innovative montmorillonite may exert beneficial actions on growth, diarrhea and immunity.
