音视频资料自动采集系统设计与实现

摘要 论文主要以开发自动采集执法过程中多种执法设备产生的音视频资料为目的。通过采集工作站的配件选型和整体设计,能够方便基层人员的使用和充电。通过采用JAVAFX、JNA技术和基于无驱的LIBUSBX相结合的技术,论文开发的音视频资料自动采集系统首次不仅能够完成不同厂商多种型号执法设备上资料的自动采集、元数据的自动提取和上传、视频资料的自动压缩,还可以对执法设备进行自动校时,大大方便了用户的使用,提高了工作效率。 This paper mainly aims to describe the development of automatic acquisition of audio and video data of various law enforcement equipment produced in the process of law enforcement. Through the acquisition workstation accessories and whole design, it's easy for staff to charge. By using JAVAFX, JNA technology and non driver-installed based on the combination of LIBUSBX technology, the audio and video data acquisition system for the first time, not only can complete different manufacturers of various types of law enforcement equipmentdata acquisition, automatic metadata extraction and upload video data, automatic compression, can also he used for automatic time correction of law enforcement equipment , greatly facilitate the users to use, improve the work efficiency.
