摘要
雷达网配置优化是防空作战中非常关键的一环,针对作战环境多变影响雷达网优化配置模型存在诸多问题,其评价模型的优劣对结论起着重要的影响。论文提出了以陆基、空基和海基为一体的雷达网探测模型体系结构。在此基础上,结合实例构造了雷达网效能评估判断矩阵、进行层次单排序和一致性检验。最后,利用层次分析法对模型的合理性进行了验证。结果表明,该模型体系结构的建立提高了指挥所在复杂电磁环境下的快速反应能力和整体作战指挥能力。
The optimization deployment of radar net is the key link of air defense operation, for the purpose of the problems of radar net deployment optimizing model in complex operational environment, and the advantages of its evaluation model have important influence on the research conclusion. This paper put forwards the detection system configuration of radar net based on land base, air base and sea base. On this foundation the judgment matrix, single sequencing of hierarchies of radar net effectiveness evaluation link case, accumulated consistency verification is established. Finally, the rationalization of model is validated by using the method of AHP. The results show that the foundation of model provides rapid response capability and overall operational command for capability of command post under complex electromagnetism environment
